CNIL allows French firms to file monitor
The French data protection commission, Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), has agreed to a request by the the association of software companies, Syndicat des Editeurs de Logiciels de Loisi (SELL), to monitor data traffic at file sharing platforms.
