EU finally agrees on draft update to text of Late Payments Directive
Representatives of the EU Parliament and Council agreed upon a draft updated version of the Late Payments Directive 2000 ('the Draft') on 14 September, putting an end to the legal uncertainty surrounding payment deadlines and late payments by public authorities.
